It’s February, so, as usual, the queries are already coming in about an updated rules index. So, for all you early birds…
Yes, I plan to update the index for 2019. Our friends at Williamsport only released the electronic version of the rule books the last week, so now that I have my source material I can begin. (I get the e-books, rather than the “dead tree” books, out of a desire to be a bit “green,” and I don’t update the index until I actually have rulebooks in hand.)
Also, some of you have noticed that the 2018 and 2017 versions of the Android index application vanished from the Google Play store. Google updated some of their own policies, and then decided that those two editions didn’t meet the new standards. (Why the earlier ones were OK was never explained.) But, fear not, Android users – I do intend to produce an electronic version for 2019. (And for the iPhone as well.)
So, patience, people. (But thank you for all the nice “We want it! We want it!” comments in the messages I’ve received – it’s nice to be appreciated.)
