2015 Tournament Rules Summary

I have updated my “Tournament Rules Summary” (baseball and softball) for 2015.

The tournament rules are largely unchanged from 2014 – the changes that appeared in the rulebook this year were voted in at the 2014 Little League Congress and applied to tournament play last year.
